Beef Sirlion With Kalamata Olives And Fettucine Pasta Toss
Ingredients
  • 1 box (16 oz) Ronzoni fettucine pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Certified Angus Beef Sirloin Steak, cut into thin, bite-size strips
  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives or 1 can ( 6 ounces) black olives, coarsely chopped
  • 1 jar (5-3/4 oz) stuffed green olives, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or 2 tsp jarred minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp feta cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste


Directions
 
  1. Sauté beef in olive oil about 4 minutes.
  2. Add black and green olives, garlic and rosemary. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
  3. Add feta cheese; toss.
