Ingredients
  • 2 cups crispy corn cereal squares such as Corn Chex or Richfoods

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal squares such as Rice Chex or Richfoods

  • 2 cups sesame rice crackers, broken (aisle # 1)
  • I cup tiny fat-free pretzel twists (front of store by our floral area)
  • 3/4 cup Roberts Own wasabi peas (end of aisle # 1)
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted Planters dry-roasted peanuts
    (front of store by our floral area)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (dairy department)
  • I tablespoon sugar (aisle # 8)
  • I tablespoon curry powder (spice rack end of aisle # 8)
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce (aisle # 8)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestetshire sauce (aisle # 6)
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon garlic powder (spice rack end of aisle # 8)
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon ground cumin (spice rack end of aisle # 8)
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon salt (aisle # 8)
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon ground red pepper (aisle # 8)
  • Cooking spray of your choice (aisle # 8)


Directions
 
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, and set aside. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and remaining ingredients stirring with a whisk. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, tossing gently to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
