Certified Angus Beef Rib Eye Steak,
Bacon And Tomato Sandwich


 Ingredients
    • 4 Certified Angus Beef thinly sliced rib eye steaks, about 1/4-inch thick
    • 4 store baked bakery fresh hard rolls
    • Garlic and herb seasoning for steak, to taste
    • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced thin
    • 12 crisp cooked bacon strips, approximately 1/2 pound bacon un-cooked
    • 1/2 pound Gouda cheese, shredded
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 4 teaspoons whole-grain mustard

     Directions

     
     
    1. Season steak slices with garlic & herb seasonings from above.
    2. Broil or pan fry to medium doneness. Meat thermometer should register 150°F.
    3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown cut side of bun, top and bottom.
    4. Flip bun slices over when browned and top each with 1 tablespoon Gouda cheese.
    5. On half of the sandwich, place 1 steak, 1 teaspoon mustard, 2 slices tomato and 3 slices bacon. Place toasted bun top on sandwich and flip over one more time to continue melting cheese.
    6. Keep prepared sandwich warm while cooking remaining sandwiches.
