Tomato, Cucumber And Guacamole Sandwiches
Ingredients
8 ounces Roberts Own Store Made Guacamole Dip
(by our cheese case in our food court )
8 slices of your favorite whole wheat bread, not too thin (in our fresh bakery dept. or aisle #11 for name brand breads)
20 thin tomato slices (produce department )
16 thin cucumber slices (produce department)
8 thin red onion slices (produce department)
Cilantro seasoning (spice rack, end of aisle #11)


Directions
 
1. Divide guacamole dip among all bread slices. Should be spread thinly, you will most likely not use the entire 8 ounce container.

2. Place 5 tomato slices atop guacamole on each of 4 bread slices. Top each with 4 cucumber slices, then two onion slices then season with cilantro.

3. Top with remaining bread slices, guacamole side down, pressing lightly. Keep refrigerated until served. Can be prepared up to 3 hours ahead wrapped in plastic and chilled.
