Turkey, Brie And Peperoncini Sandwiches
Ingredients
6 tablespoon sDijon mustard. (aisle # 6 )
6 tablespoons mayonnaise (aisle # 6 )
1 teaspoon dried oregano (spice rack end of aisle #11)

2 16" long fresh baked french bread baguettes (in our fresh bakery department)
12 ounces Brie, sliced thinly and at room temperature(in our cheese case in our food court)
1 lb. Roberts Own store cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced. (deli department)
3 large tomatoes sliced thinly (produce department)
20 fresh spinach leaves. 10 ounce package(produce department)
12 peperoncini peppers, halved lengthwise (aisle #6)


Directions
 
1. Mix first 3 ingredients into a small bowl.

2. Cut each baguette lengthwise in half. Spread mustard mixture onto cut sides of baguettes.

3. Top bottom halves of baguettes with cheese, spreading gently. Cover with turkey, tomatoes, spinach and peperoncini, dividing equally.

4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover with tops of baguettes. Cut each baguette diagonally into 6 sandwiches. Sandwiches can be prepared 6 hours in advance. Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate.
