Bell Pepper & Feta Pasta Toss
Ingredients
6 ounces uncooked Ronzoni linguine pasta (aisle # 7)
1 large yellow or red bell pepper,
seeded and cut into 1/8 inch strips (produce department)
1 1/4 cup quartered cherry tomatoes (produce department)
3/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley(produce department)
1/4 teaspoon salt (aisle #11)
1 4 ounce package crumbled feta cheese (dairy department)
1/4 cup sliced and drained black ripe pitted olives(aisle # 6)
1/8 teaspoon dried basil (spice rack end of aisle # 11)
3-4 finely chopped sun dried tomatoes (produce department)


Directions
 
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Place bell pepper in colander, drain pasta over bell pepper.
3. Combine pasta, bell pepper, tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
4. Serve immediately.
