Penne Pasta With Cannellini Beans
Ingredients
  • 1 can 19ounce Progresso Cannellini Beans, drained (aisle # 7)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic (produce department)
  • 2 tablespoons Colavita olive oil (aisle # 8)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese (food court cheese case)
  • 8 ounces 1/2 box, Barilla Penne Rigate Pasta (aisle # 7)
  • 1 bag 10 ounces, spinach, trimmed, rinsed and coarsely chopped (produce department)


Directions
 
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, combine in a large skillet the spinach, beans, garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain cooked pasta; transfer to skillet with vegetables. Add cheese,cover; cook on low just until spinach wilts, 2 to 3 minutes. Toss and serve.
