Ziti al Forno With Spinach & Artichokes
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pkg (8 oz) Barilla Cut Ziti, uncooked (aisle # 7)
  • 1 can Roland Artichoke Hearts in water, drained and quartered (aisle # 1 & #7)
  • 1/2 jar Classico Tomato & Mushroom pasta sauce (aisle # 7)
  • 1/2 jar (1 cup) Contadina Fresh Alfredo sauce (end of aisle # 7)
  • 1/2 tsp McCormicks Italian Seasoning (spice rack aisle # 8)
  • 1/2 pkg (5 oz) Richfoods Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed (frozen foods)
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Richfoods Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (dairy )
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup Progresso Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs (aisle #11)


Directions
 
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs in large bowl; Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Uncover; sprinkle with breadcrumbs, recover and bake 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Option: Bake in a convection oven for 30 min covered. Uncover; sprinkle with bread crumbs, recover and bake 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste.
