Mole-Style Bone In Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (aisle # 8)
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick paprika (aisle # 8)
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick ground cumin (aisle # 8)
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened Hershey or Droste cocoa powder (aisle # 8)
  • 1 teaspoon ground chile peppers (spice rack aisle # 8)
  • ½ teaspoon sale (aisle # 8)
  • 4 bone in center cut pork chops, about 2 ½ inches thick and about 6 ounces each (service meat & seafood)
  • Cooking spray of your choice (aisle # 6)

Directions
 
  1. Heat a grill pan over medium high heat.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients; rub evenly over both sides of pork. Lightly coat pork with cooking spray.
  3. Place pork on grill pan and cover and grill 3 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 3 minutes.
