Garlic & Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  • 4 four ounce loin lamb chops, trimmed
    (service meat & seafood)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
    (produce department)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (aisle # 6)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided (aisle # 8)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (produce department)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    (aisle # 8)
  • Cooking spray of your choice (aisle # 6)

Directions
 

  1. Combine rosemary, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and garlic; rub mixture evenly over both sides of lamb. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of lamb with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  4. Place lamb on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side ,
    145 degrees internal temperature for medium-rare or until desired degree of doneness.
