Boneless Rosemary Pork Chops


If using a broiler - for fast clean-up line the broiler pan with foil.

Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless center-cut loin pork chops, about 4 ounces each about 1/2 inch thick
  • Cooking spray of your choice

Directions
 
  1. Preheat broiler or grill
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  3. Rub the mixture thoroughly over both sides of pork chops.
  4. Let the pork chops sit under refrigeration for about 15 to 20 minutes before you broil.
  5. If using a broiler - place the pork chops on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. If using a grill - grill 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.
