Italian Balsamic Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
1/4 minced fresh parsley (produce department)
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning (spice rack end of aisle #11)
2 tablespoons Colavita olive oil (aisle # 11)
2 tablespoons Monari Federzoni balsamic vinegar (aisle # 6)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (spice rack end of aisle #11)
2 garlic cloves, mined (produce department)
8 - 4 ounce boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
(service meat department)
Cooking spray(aisle # 11)
8 "Gringo Petes" flour tortillas, 16 oz bag (dairy department)



Directions
 
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken to bag, seal and marinate for at least 2 hours.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done.
4. Cool chicken and cut into 1/4 inch strips.
5. Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Divide chicken evenly among tortillas and roll up.
Note: Mediterranean Antipastoa Salsa is great in this wrap!
