Chicken with Rosemary Sauce


Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves,about 4 ounces each
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green onions, scallions
  • 1/4 cup dry white cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • ½ cup College Inn less-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup half & half creamer


Directions
 
  1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan, cook 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Add green onions, wine, and rosemary, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in broth and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add half-and-half; cook 2 minutes.
