Chicken with Rosemary Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (aisle # 8)
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless and skinless chicken breast halves (service meat department)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (aisle # 8)
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (aisle # 8)
  • ½ cup chopped green onions, scallions (produce department)
  • 1/4 cup dry white cooking wine (aisle # 1)
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary (produce department)
  • ½ cup College Inn less-sodium chicken broth (aisle # 6)
  • ½ cup half & half creamer (dairy department)


Directions
 
  1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan, cook 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Add green onions, wine, and rosemary, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in broth and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add half-and-half; cook 2 minutes.
