Baked Salmon With Dill
Ingredients
1 teaspoon dried dill (spice rack, end of aisle #11 )

1 1/3 lbs. fresh salmon fillets (in our service seafood department)

2 tablespoons your favorite margarine (in our dairy department )

Freshly ground black pepper to taste
(spice rack, end of aisle #11 )


Directions
 
1. Place fillets on one or more large rectangular pieces of aluminium foil.

2. Top with pats of margarine and season with dill and pepper.

3. Bring longer ends of foil together and double fold; fold in two remaining sides ( all edges should be well sealed to trap steam while cooking) .

4. Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake at 425'F for 10 minutes. This can be done on the grill, be sure to use low heat, double the foil and heat until fish is steamed/cooked throughout!
