Herb Baked Cod With Olives

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds cod or scrod fillets
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Progresso Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup large, pitted and sliced black olives


Directions
 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pat fish dry, cut into 4 equal pieces
  3. Dip fish in eggs, then in bread crumbs
  4. Place fish in 9" x 13" baking dish; bake 18 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky
  5. Melt butter over low heat, add olives; pour evenly over fish
