Herb Baked Cod With Olives
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds cod or scrod fillets (service seafood department)
2 eggs, beaten (dairy department)
1/2 cup Progresso Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine (dairy department)
1/3 cup large, pitted and sliced IGA black olives (aisle # 6)


Directions
 
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Pat fish dry, cut into 4 equal pieces.
3. Dip fish in eggs, then in bread crumbs.
4. Place fish in 9" x 13" baking dish; bake 18 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
5. Melt butter over low heat, add olives; pour evenly over fish.
