Herb Baked Cod With Olives
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cod or scrod fillets
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Progresso Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup large, pitted and sliced black olives
Directions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pat fish dry, cut into 4 equal pieces
- Dip fish in eggs, then in bread crumbs
- Place fish in 9" x 13" baking dish; bake 18 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky
- Melt butter over low heat, add olives; pour evenly over fish
