Grilled Oriental Salmon Steaks
Ingredients
4 Foley Fresh salmon steaks (service seafood department)
1/4 cup olive oil (aisle # 11)
3 tablespoons soy sauce (aisle # 8)
2 green onions, chopped (produce department)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped (produce department)
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped (produce department)


Directions
 
1. Mix oil, soy, onions, garlic and ginger to make a marinade; pour over fish steaks and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. Grill or broil steaks about 4 minutes per side, basting with marinade while cooking.
