Grilled Orange Bourbon Salmon
Ingredients
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup Tropicana Pure Premium orange juice (dairy department)
1/4 cup low sodium Kikkoman soy sauce (aisle # 8)
1/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar (aisle # 8)
1/4 cup chopped fresh scallions - green onions (produce department)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (produce department)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (produce department)
2 garlic cloves chopped (produce department)
4 6 ounce Foley Fresh salmon fillets, skinned, about 1 inch thick
(service seafood department)
Cooking spray of your choice (aisle # 8)
Directions

1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag, and add salmon to bag. Seal and marinate in your refrigerator for 1.5 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill or boiler.
3. Remove salmon from bag, discarding marinade. Place salmon on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
