Fresh Shark With Tangy Soy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1 1/3 pounds Foley Fresh shark steaks (service seafood department)
Juice of 1 lemon (produce department)
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (aisle # 8)
1 teaspoon horseradish or more to taste (above eggs in our dairy department)


Directions
 
1. Squeeze lemon juice over fish and marinate for 1/2 hour.
2. Broil or grill fish 6 minutes per side or until cooked throughout.
3. Mix soy sauce with horseradish. Serve sauce on the side as a dip.
