Baked Flounder Roll Overs
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms skin on (in our produce department)
1 & 1/3 lbs. fresh flounder fillets (in our service seafood department)
1/2 cup freshly chopped tomato ( in our produce department )
1/4 cup freshly chopped green onions-scallions ( in our produce department)
1 can Campbells cream of mushrooms soup, 10.75 oz can (aisle # 6)
1/2 cup Holland House 16 oz white cooking wine ( in our gourmet foods department, aisle #1 )
Directions

1. Combine tomatoes, mushrooms and greenonions-scallions; spoon mixture onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure with toothpicks.
2. Combine soup and wine in a small saucepan; stir and heat to simmer.
3. Pour sauce over fish and bake at 350' F for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked throughout.
