Holiday Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
1 large red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (produce department)
1 pound Contessa Cooked Cocktail Shrimp (service seafood department)
1 Spanish onion, cut into 1 inch pieces (produce department)
Bamboo skewers
(above our frozen shrimp and frozen turkey case, back wall of store)
1 jar Pinders Horseradish Cocktail sauce (dairy department)
1 large green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (produce department)


Directions
 
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
2. Microwave vegetables in 1 tablespoons water on High for 1 to 2 minutes (they'll still be slightly crunchy).
3. Skewer cooked vegetables and shrimp as follows: 1 shrimp, 1 onion, 1 of each pepper, 1 shrimp. Bake 4 to 6 minutes until shrimp are opaque (milky white) in the center. Do not overcook.
4. Arrange skewers on a platter in a spoke-like pattern with horseradish dipping sauce in a bowl.
