Pasta Salad With Shrimp, Peppers, And Olives
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups cooked Ronzoni or Barilla angel hair pasta, about 6 ounces uncooked pasta (aisle # 7)
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh plum Roma tomatoes (produce department)
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper (produce department)
  • ½ cup chopped yellow bell pepper (produce department)
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions "scallions" (produce department)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (produce department)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pitted kalamata olives (aisle # 6)
  • 1 tablespoon Colvaita extra virgin olive oil (aisle # 8)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh or ½ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ½ teaspoon white pepper (spice rack end of aisle # 8)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (spice rack end of aisle # 8)
  • 3/4 pound cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp

  • ½ cup, 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh plain parsley (produce department)


Directions

  2. Sprinkle with cheese and fresh parsley, serve.
