Fresh Sole With Balsamic Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/3 pounds fresh sole fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove medium
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- black pepper
- salt
Directions

- In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium
- Season fillets with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes, flip and cook for 1 minute more or just until cooked throughout. Remove fillets to a covered platter to keep warm
- Add vinegar and garlic to the skillet. Simmer to heat throughout
- Scatter parsley over fish. Pour skillet sauce on top and serve
