Fresh Sole With Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/3 pounds fresh sole fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove medium
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt


Directions
 
  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium
  2. Season fillets with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes, flip and cook for 1 minute more or just until cooked throughout. Remove fillets to a covered platter to keep warm
  3. Add vinegar and garlic to the skillet. Simmer to heat throughout
  4. Scatter parsley over fish. Pour skillet sauce on top and serve
