Fresh Sole With Balsamic Sauce
Ingredients
1 and 1/3 pounds fresh sole fillets (service seafood dpartment)
2 tablespoons olive oil (aisle #11)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (aisle # 6)
1 clove medium (spice rack end of aisle #11)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped (produce department)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (produce department)
black pepper (spice rack end of aisle #11)
salt (aisle #11)


Directions
 
1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium.
2. Season fillets with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes, flip and cook for 1 minute more or just until cooked throughout. Remove fillets to a covered platter to keep warm.
3. Add vinegar and garlic to the skillet. Simmer to heat throughout.
4. Scatter parsley over fish. Pour skillet sauce on top and serve.
