Mushrooms And Basil Halibut Bake
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil (aisle #11)
1/4 cup shredded basil leaves (produce dpeartment)
1/4 cup white cooking wine (aisle #1)
Pepper to taste (spice rack end of aisle # 11)
1 1/3 pounds Foley Fresh Halibut fillets (service seafood department)
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced (produce dpeartment)
Salt to taste (aisle # 11)
Directions

1. Lightly oil a baking pan and place fish in it; drizzle remaining oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sprinkle the basil evenly over fish and top with mushrooms. Pour in the wine and cover with foil.
3. Bake at 425°F about 10 minutes, until cooked throughout. Serve with cooking juices spooned over halibut.
