Broiled Tuna Teriyaki
Ingredients
1 1/3 pounds Foley Fresh Tuna steaks (service seafood department)
1/4 cup soy sauce (aisle # 8)
1 tablespoon honey (aisle # 5)
1 tablespoon peeled, finely chopped ginger (produce department)
2 tablespoons oil (aisle # 11)
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except fish.
2. Pour marinade over tuna and marinate for 1/2 hour.
3. Broil or grill 4 to 6 inches from heat source, brushing with marinade, approximately 4 minutes per side, just until cooked throughout.
