Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 12 tuna steaks, about 6 ounces and 3/4 inch thick each
  • Cooking spray of your choice
  • Black Bean Confetti Relish


Directions
 
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small dish; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare grill or broiler. Place fish on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until fish is done.
  3. Serve with Black Bean Confetti Relish.
