Roasted Rosemary Seasoned
Baby Red Potatoes



Ingredients
  • 2 pounds baby red potatoes, unpeeled, washed and halved lengthwise
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1  sprig fresh herb rosemary leaves, chopped

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine potatoes, oil and rosemary in large bowl; toss to coat potatoes.
  3. Transfer potatoes to baking pan large enough to hold potatoes in single layer. Season to taste with sea salt and fresh crushed black pepper.
  4. Roast about 40 minutes, rning potatoes after 30 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.



Servings:
Serves 4.
Serving size 1 cups of potatoes.
